  • When does the program start?

    Your meal plan will become available to you on Saturday, November 4th. The balanced bites live sessions will occur between the dates of November 8th and November 22nd. However, once you have your meal plan and are part of the program, you can watch the recordings for up to six months! You can partake in the challenge whenever is best for you.

  • What does it mean that a meal plan is blood sugar balanced?

    This meal plan was creating using a continuous blood sugar monitor and with nutrition science by a Registered Dietitian. Decreasing blood sugar spikes and crashes is fundamental in decreasing PCOS symptoms like acne, hair loss, and weight gain!

  • Do I need to use a blood sugar monitor?

    No! You do not need a blood sugar monitor to use this meal plan. I am an affiliate of Nutrisense and they provided me with my monitor to create this program. They have also provided a discount code for those in the program.
